This Champagne is such a treat, made from 100% Pinot Noir it delivers body, structure and characteristic aromatics of cherry, plum and peach. If you haven’t tried Blanc de Noirs before this is a ‘must’, it is a fine example of what the red fruits can do by themselves. A sparkling to savour and discover, its richness lends it to flavourful dishes and meats but don’t be afraid to enjoy it on its own!
