The best Provence rose there is. True to origin and sense of place. And yes, very pale and dry!

“Provence Rose” is pretty well established as a “brand” now as much as if it’s bland - pale, acid dry and in a tall clear bottle you have it. What this wine does is TASTE of Provence, it speaks of Provence, it represents Provence. It is Pale but there’s a flash of pink from the sun-ripe fruit. It is dry, as dry as the lick of the mistral on an otherwise warm afternoon. it is elegant but in the way that a simple crisp white shirt is rather than one with a brand splashed across it. It’s a classic yacht rather than a powerboat. Up to you but we are sailing!
